In this light, calm and beautiful space we specialise in authentic yoga, 7 days a week. Classes range from nurturing practices like Yin and Restorative Yoga to physically challenging Ashtanga, all with first-rate teachers. We also offer Pilates, Tai Chi, and Mindfulness sessions.
