The Mila refund policy is simple: for items purchased from the cafe or the Mila shop; if you don’t get what you ordered, or if it’s not up to our usual high standards we will offer you a substitute item or refund you in full.
Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging to:
92-96 High Street
Please note that refunds do not apply to Studio passes or packages. Any waiver will be at the discretion of Mila management.
