TEACHERS

At last count we had a dozen teachers sharing the studio, with several decades of teaching experience between us. But there’s more to yoga at Mila than experience: because we teach in a range of styles Mila offers something for everyone.

Recently we added a few complementary practices to the lineup: Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and Pilates. Like our yoga they all focus on a natural approach to all-round well being.
