At Mila yoga studio Godalming we practice and teach Authentic Yoga. Your well-being is our main concern.
Whether you want to challenge yourself physically or indulge in complete relaxation we have a class on the timetable to suit your needs.
Whichever yoga or mindfulness class you choose you will leave on a natural high- feeling better in body, mind and spirit.
Ashtanga will make you work hard and sweat and Yin will make you melt in a puddle of bliss. Between those two extremes there are Hatha-based yoga classes that range from the gentle and relaxing to energetic sessions with movement and strength.
Iyengar yoga is for you if you want physical discipline and attention to form. And if all you want to do is learn to live in the moment there are several meditation sessions to choose from.
Mila teachers are experienced in all aspects of Yoga: physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation. Our practices and teaching also embrace the philosophical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. The result is well-informed teaching with you at its heart.
