"Although I have been practising yoga for about 20 years and teaching for half of those I have not been exposed to Kundalini until recently. Kevin made me feel safe in the Kundalini space. He explained the concepts and energetic movements. He helped me work within the limitations and the strengths of my body. He is competent and kind.
