Pip teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Teenage Yoga classes. Pip loves teaching group sessions as they have such a magical environment.
Within a class, although amongst like minded people, the more you dive into your practice, the more you feel like the only person in the room!
When you visit classes more regularly, it becomes a comforting surrounding to look forward to. There's no rush, pressure or judgement, just being in the present moment on your mat.
